We’re thrilled to spotlight a client initiative that brings together intellectual property, public service, and public health.

Genein Letford, founder of Caffe Strategies, LLC, has been gaining national attention for her work advancing brain health education through Brainolicious™—a developing brand (and trademark application) focused on teaching children and families about the power of creativity and cognitive wellness.

In recent months, Genein and her young son have:

  • Appeared on ABC15 and Arizona Life Channel 3, discussing Brainolicious Adventures® and their brain health-focused book

  • Delivered speeches before city council, advocating for early brain health interventions in Arizona communities

  • Led the effort to establish “Brain Capital Awareness Month”, receiving official proclamations from the mayors of Phoenix, Avondale, and Buckeye

These civic recognitions support the urgent call for upstream interventions in brain health and cognitive development. In her speech to the City of Avondale, Genein emphasized that Alzheimer’s and stroke prevention must begin in childhood—and that the long-term solution lies in public education and creative engagement.

“This isn’t only about disease prevention. It’s about unlocking brain capital—creating environments that help brains thrive.”
— Genein Letford, City Council Address, July 2025
