“For those of you not in the location-based, immersive, and experiential industry, I wish to communicate to you its intensely special nature. Many of us in the field grew up together as professionals. Many of us share war stories that we are not shy to repeat ad nauseum over many libations. But, most importantly, we have the profound blessing of being in an industry devoid (for the most part) of stereotypical egos and pretense often found in traditional entertainment (no offense :) ).

We are a band of brothers and sisters that is very special. We even enjoy our frenemies, in large part because friends and "enemies" (as traditionally defined) blur almost seamlessly into a fluid, relationship-driven community of people who share a passion, irrespective of the vantage point from which our passion is applied. We respect each other even when we disagree, because we all want the same thing for our guests. We want our industry to win.” - Co-Managing Partner, Wendy Heimann-Nunes.
