She has managed strategic litigation for large portfolios held by music industry professionals, music festivals, sports teams, tech companies, and jewelry designers, and is recognized for her role in the legal team that successfully terminated a 13-year conservatorship for a high-profile artist.

Emerging Technologies and Data Privacy:  A certified CIPP-US Data Privacy Professional, Jane counsels clients on compliance with evolving state and federal privacy laws, including CCPA, CPRA, CIPA, COPPA, VPPA, and TCPA, and advises on legal issues arising from artificial intelligence, digital media, and content monetization. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the rapidly changing legal landscape to preserve the value of their creative work while encouraging innovation.
